The Use of Employee Warning Notice

employee warning noticeIf your employee makes a mistake in a workplace, they will get an employee warning notice. Their violations vary. So, if they have violated the rules more than twice, it is the right time to give the warning notice. A supervisor or manager is the person who will issue this warning notice to the employee. They can request this form in Human Resources Department. In the warning notice there will be employee name, types of violation, previous warning with some details for oral or written warning and the person give it, employee statement, action to be taken, corrective action to be taken, consequences should incident occur again, and signature for both employee and supervisor who issued warning.

Other than the warning notice that employee may get, they will also get an employee evaluation form. The form is different with the warning notice. The employee will be evaluated on his or her performance in the workplace. They can fill it by themselves or supervisor or manager will do it. Evaluation form can be used as a consideration of promotion, demote, or even award for an employee. Usually, at the end of the month, employees will be reviewed, but it can also yearly or hourly depend on the evaluation form which is used. Evaluation form can be via email or one on one conversation or even in the performance review meeting.
